Everytime I'm on the roof of a midrise, as a maintenance supervisor I get too many calls from leasing team to maintenance team about troubleshooting their problems. My job of doing this is never completed on time. You must have a great team.

You are very precise! You must have went to school for that! Filter drier you installed will pull most of that moisture out since that is what it does.

Finding that piston in there was clutch. Its good to see an apartment maintenance tech professionally service and repair AC systems. We get a bad wrap because not everyone is trained properly or they just dont follow best practices.

Q: Is it a piston or txv metering device? A: Yes. That’s wild.<br><br>You should get a good carbon felt flame blocking pad. They’re great for protecting from the torch and beats sheet metal plus they’re flexible just like a piece of fabric. Makes things like that txv changeout easier.

The recovery tank has both liquid and vapor valves. Why do you put it upside down? You can just use the red valve and put it top up.
