I know Jen personally and she's such an amazing person she's gone out of her way to help me and my daughter. So proud of her!

That punishment absolutely DID NOT fit the crime. It is so incredibly shitty that over and over again you hear of truly dangerous people who commit horrific crimes do not get punished severely enough. They get a little slap on the wrist just to be let out to wreak havoc on the public over and over again. She just needed some help

As a fellow nurse I commend her for coming forward to tell her story. There is a lot of pressure placed on us and there is a true fall from grace when “ God forbid if a nurse does anything wrong” we are human too and no one is immune to addiction. We all make mistakes and addiction should not be punished like this. Laws are messed up.

Steven Tyler explains it perfectly. He says, you can give 5 people Percocets. 4 of them will pass out. That one person will be in the best mood ever, make the bed, clean the room and ask u if anything else needs to be done. That one person is the one that could be an addict.

This is me!! This is my story. I too was a Surgical nurse, could not do eye surgery, had endometriosis which lead to opiate addiction which lead to incarceration. Wild hearing my own story told by someone who went through it also. Life does get better and we do recover 💕

That Doctor knew she was on these for five years and to one day not write the script. He could and should have done a better job at getting her off slowly.
You can tell this woman is so smart and can accomplish anything she wants.
I pray she keeps living a great life.

15 years !? Drug trafficking? For an RN drug addict with no priors trying to sustain her disease? That's fucking insane! How about try and help this person with treatment. No, let's lock them up and create a convict.

She's a fantastic storyteller! Thank you for having her on, Ian. I can't believe they gave her 12 years. Makes me sick knowing how much time she lost with her family.

She goes to jail for 12 years. The kid that got caught with a dime bag of weed goes to jail and gets a permanent record. Purdue Pharma causes the opioid crisis with faking results and over prescribing oxycodone and NOTHING happens to those people. WTF??????
