  ´Before you buy the Rega on the shelf listen to what else the same money spins´ they say. <br>Good advice as the real test is letting your own ears judge playing something from your music collection . Then, if you can, ask the hi fi shop assistant to let you hear a record deck that cost less, or the same or even slightly more than the Rega deck you are think of purchasing. Then you will &nbsp;see why Rega is successful. &nbsp;I own a Rega Planar 3, a vintage Thorens deck and a vintage Technics deck.

  I still have my 1982 Planar 3 with acos lustre arm. Original motor, only belt changed. &nbsp;Handles the Grace F9E with aplomb. Beethoven 1st piano creates &quot;string of pearls&quot; arpeggios even with the Ortofon Blue.

  I&apos;ll stick with my SOTA Sapphire<br>that I purchased in the 1980s with a Goldman methacrylate platter and matching record weight, Graham 2.2 arm and Koetsu Black Goldine all resting on a Mission Isolation Platform. My system synergy is as good as I could possibly hope for and people who have listened are staggered by the sound of vinyl in my listening room

  These are better except for the arm. That&apos;s what the bot says. It&apos;s as if a quality tonearm isn&apos;t important. I know better but people put Hana carts on Fluance arms.

  The rega is built to extract as much info , the head shell is fixed to reduce loss of info the removable head shell doesn&apos;t. Are you serious in stating that at turntable sound better and the pitch is better? Come on. It&apos;s exactly false statements like yours that encourages all these extra sales to people who don&apos;t know, don&apos;t understand what you are saying is wrong. Then they go and buy coloured records and pictures discs unaware how bad these sound because the AT turntable just can&apos;t tell them. I would not sleep if I was doing these videos to the world. I hope you get paid well by AT. I stopped watching after you tried to say AT 60 is better than the rega. My coffee cup is better than the rega as it hold my coffee perfectly. Know what I mean?
