I had my cartridge installed by the shop I bought my turntable at. I certainly would hoe he knows what he's doing. Besides having a service shop, he sells some equipment that cost more than I make in a year!

Love JR and his fundamental, Science grounded approach to this subject. That said, let us put this into perspective and that is the cost of that evaluation for the majority of turntable owners is far out of reach! i just setup a EAT C-Sharp with $900 Hanna and had to convince my client several times to bite that bullet to the extent, I agreed to pay 1/2....

A tiny bit of transparent plastic sheet with a 18 degree stripe painted on it does it with my VTA. Initially set by ear, and confirmed after. Easy-peasy :)<br>Azimuth and Zenith is a whole other story...
