Honestly, one of the scariest facts about this entire situation is that it wasn't even the warhead itself that exploded. It was simply an uncontained failure by the rocket motor. Imagine what would happen if the warhead itself had exploded off the end of the launcher , rather than the rocket motor that's designed to push it away rather than specifically explode and pierce armor.
