These "teach a man to fish" type videos are the best. Tech vids are great but you can go round in circles if you're just following someone else

if you're on PC you can bind some of the shortcuts to your keyboard too so you save space on your controller

Out of all the SF6 tech tip content creators out there, your work remains the best on YT. Can’t wait to try this out at home, always appreciate you breaking down the Training menu capabilities as that’s my weak spot of this entire game, lol. Keep up the great work
🕹️💫

Also, for those who don’t know, you can position you and the dummy on the screen outside the pause screen by inputting ⬅️+FUNCTION BUTTON, ↙️+FUNCTION (left corner), ⬆️+F, ⬇️+F (mid-screen), ↘️+F, ➡️+F (right corner).

#1 thing anybody below master should be practicing using this video is your throwloop situation. Not just consistently getting the throw loop vs the dummy mashing jab, but also reliably antiairing if they both jump vertically or forward, as well shimmying and punishing on reaction.

Pretty much the highest return on investment starting out, it's such an easy situation with no easy answer for the opponent. Especially in lower ranks, they'll quickly get frustrated and try to EX.DP you.

7:04 That is a major tip, thanks for that! That's going to make it a lot easier to go between different practice topics.

Thanks! I hope you release more vids like this that help us new players, I came from 2XKO and I regret not trying out SF6 sooner. I feel like SF6 is a strategy/mind game and you always know when your turn is vs 2XKO that who ever labbed the most ridiculous mix ups/assist combos win.

Underrated channel.. best tutorials on YouTube imo for both low and high level. Not many out there able to do it with Japanese translation

I knew about save states and using shortcuts (I use my keyboard personally) but had no idea we had up to 3 save state slots. That's pretty sick. One thing I didn't see you mention specifically when you were talking about opponent drive rushing or forward jumping after damage is how this is also a common situation after a teched throw. Training mode actually registers a teched throw as taking damage so we can set up those same recordings you used, set them to 'After Damage' and then turn on the always tech throw option. Throw the dummy, they will tech it and then do one of the recordings at random
