Like just because you don’t engage in hookup culture, that doesn’t make you a puritan and even if you do engage in hookup culture that doesn’t mean that you have a good relationship with sex/intimacy, honestly I’ve seen his rhetoric being mirrored by some“woke /left leaning men” where they try to pressure you into certain sex acts or poly/open relationships and if you aren’t into that they’ll shame you for it

I love how the majority of this generation is not giving into having sex just for the sake of it.<br><br>I was born in 1996 & I'm the only one of my friends in high school & university who had a great first time having sex. All of them had the guys treat them like fleshlights.

I feel like the popularity of heated rivalry is a good example that younger generations don't hate sex or lust, they just want consensual, non problematic sex. I think that many people have been victimized by our society's predatory view on sex. They want the ability to opt out not to demonize sex completely.

I think it's an issue for Robert to make his point by lumping together his points as criticisms of "gen z" as a whole. There's absolutely a difference between the anti-sex sentiments of the young religious right, incels/looksmaxxers, and leftists who are critical of the state of sex under patriarchy.<br><br>It doesn't make for a quick catchy video to include nuance unfortunately...

A lot of Gen Z still live with their parents or live with roommates. There are a lot of financial hurdles that we need to make to feel safe to start having sex, and this economy isn’t helping. Also, a lot of people are discovering that they’re asexual. I know multiple asexual Gen Zers from college.
