  All those cars drives 15-20 years, with repair costs almost nothing. Now You have cars, where simple repair cost more than whole car from 90's.

  We'd all fight over who got to drive the two Rover Sterlings in the work motor pool as they were so much nicer to drive. You have to remember the cars they were competing with at the time.

  That&apos;s my car at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iwvNCLKLFfg&amp;t=953">15:53</a>! It&apos;s been off the road for eleven months but I got it running after chasing an awkward grounding issue with the thermostat housing. I then changed the distributor which is another Honda weak point and it&apos;s due for an MOT very soon 😁

  I owned a 1995 tipo sx turbo and I loved that cars it is still one of my favourite cars I have owned

  Good video. &nbsp;Bang on with the Rovers and the Escort. Mondeo was a much needed upgrade to the ageing Escort. Ford never really recovered even though the Mondeo was good. Rover destroyed itself in the 90s. Went from a well respected and quality brand to going bust in the early 00s because of the cars in this video.

  Terrible AI generated listed.<br><br>Particularly having the Rover R8 on the list which was universally accepted as the best car in its class by a long margin by every single motor magazine at the time.<br><br>Most of the issues listed are regarding the 1.6 and 1.8 K-Series. Which weren&apos;t even in the R8. They used the 1.4, the 1.6 D-Series and the 2.0 T16.

  The Xantia was a great car - arguably the best in its class. .......but, despite all the other technology at hand in the car, the engines were mostly old and rough 1980s units. The Rover 200 and 400 were nice cars too. Pity about the K series. I think the VW Golf Mk 3 needs inclusion: it represented a couple of big steps backwards from the Mk 2 - which, apart from the GTI/VR6, was not exactly the pinnacle of automotive joy to drive itself.
