  I’m from Appalachia in the US. It’s in our culture to believe in spirits and I do as I have experienced this phenomenon.

  Hi mam' iam Theresa Vollath from trenance in Bulawayo. When I was a little girl.. I experienced something that I can't explain. I had two brothers and we were living here in Zimbabwe. We were all born in south Africa. And this night I didn't want to sleep in my bed. I asked my big brother if I could sleep with them he said no we don't sleep with girls. Anyway in the middle of the night I saw this figure all in white. To cut a long story short. I saw the same figure when we went back to south Africa. This time I was not sleeping. My grandma and mum said it was my grandfather. I never met him ❤❤❤

  I didn’t believe in ghosts until I moved into a place and lived with one for six years. Some of my relatives who visited saw the ghost, my nephews wouldn’t come back. I saw it many times. After reading about them the lamp that would flicker intermittently and the feeling of cold made sense.  I understand if you think I am nuts- I felt the same about other people who talked about seeing ghosts.

  I lived in a haunted house for a few years. I lived in a 5 bedroom house by myself while going through spine surgery. <br>A year before I moved in, a young man unalived himself after loosing girlfriend and job.<br>I never saw an apparition there. At night, a certain area of the dining room I could hear paper crumpling.<br>At night, there were loud banging noise in one of the downstairs bedroom.<br>I had horrible bouts of sleeping paralysis there as well.<br>Many nights I felt like I was being watched.

  ive had 3 separate people (didnt know each other) see a young woman in my dining room over the years. I&apos;ve never seen her, but often I hear faint music coming from that room, like a radio on low. &nbsp;For the first decade or so that I lived here it drove me nuts and I would check everywhere to see where it was coming from whenever i heard it lol. Now its just part of the house to me. Ghost? (insert shrug here). Who knows...

  After a month when my grandma passed away. My family moved to her house since my mom inherited the place. one night i felt the end of my mattress sinking as if someone was sitting on it. Quickly jumped out and ran to my parents room. They wouldn’t believe me and sent me back to my room. 😂 i was 12 back then

  I’ve had three serious ghost experiences over the decades… Along with guardian angels and spiritual guidance counselors, who saved my life a few times… Ghosts exists definitely no doubt about it in my mind❤

  Years ago I lived in a bedsit in Dublin. I had a ghost. We all saw her, all my friends who came over. She always stood by the window. She looked like a woman from the early 20th century. I always thought that she was looking for someone who never returned from WWI. A few years ago I was back in Dublin, The house had been renovated, my window was gone, so was my lady. I hope he came for her.

  My partner rented out a studio to a friend of us. a place connected to his house..<br>The friend always felt uncomfortable as if he wasn&apos;t alone .<br>One day he made a selfie..and on the &nbsp;back ground was the clear image of an elderly couple .in very old fashioned Greek clothes..<br>We recognized them as my partner &apos;s grandparents..<br>My partner was at a very low point in his life..<br>I believe those spirits lingered around.. unsettled..
