  Shinra was always firing the Sister Ray cannon at the Northern Crater, it just happened to hit Diamond Weapon, not the other way around.

  Does anyone else remember being a sucker for gamefaqs rumors? People were always adding “guides” on unlocking Zack, or reviving Aerith… my weakness was getting Weapons as summons by doing bogus things in the game. BS time wasters but nobody lies on the internet right?<br><br>Man I just really wanted Emerald to be my friend<br><br> 😂

  Not sure when you made the video but it&apos;s now been confirmed that Ruby and emerald are a part of the story now. And each weapon battle will have a different dynamic.

  I have a feeling we&apos;re going to be fighting the weapons in order to obtain the huge materia this time round.

  Weapons were such a great addition to the late stage of the game in ogff7 im definitely all in to the introduction of brand new ones

  I&apos;m gonna give my theories on how the Weapons will be used in Revelation and when they’re &quot;introduced&quot; outside of the crater.<br>First off is obviously Sapphire, attacking Junon. My best guess is that while the Highwind is being stolen by Vincent Cid and Red XIII, you will play as Barret, Cait Sith, and Yuffie making your way to the platform and Sapphire notices and attacks you. You fight it as you move towards the Highwind until the Sister Ray is ready to fire again and then it blows Sapphire&apos;s head off. Next up is going to suprise you. I think while Cloud is out of commission and the team goes to Corel to recover the Magnus Materia in that reactor, Ruby Weapon will arrive and go underground, stalking the desert around the Gold Sauser, making it a hazard to explore until after you defeat him.<br>Next is the unnamed weapon in Mideel. (I&apos;m going to call it &quot;Amythyst&quot; Weapon until we get it&apos;s name confirmed.) Amythist obviously is replacing Ultima for the attack on Mideel, and I&apos;m going to assume we push it back before we find it flying around in the air on the south side of the world for us to fight.<br>Up next is Emerald Weapon. We see it at the Underwater reactor, so it&apos;s safe to assume that were going to stop it from blowing the place up. But after that, I think it&apos;ll retreat into the open ocean to heal itself, and it&apos;ll silently stalk the dark depths as you explore them. Mayble it&apos;ll guard the key to the anchients underwater? Maybe it&apos;ll attack you after you find and get the OP items from the sunken gelnika at the bottom of the sea, who knows, but It&apos;ll be somewhere, and it will make the ocean a hazard until you kill it.<br>Now we have Ultima. And honestly, I think it&apos;ll be near Nibelheim. It&apos;ll try to destroy the mountsin reactor and it&apos;ll probably be a sidequest to push it back, which then unlocks it as a superboss that you can encounter in the skies on the north side of the world.<br>And now, I think Jade Weapon will make an appearance too. To be honest, I could see it being used as a way to try and stop the launch of the rocket in Rocket Town, and the party on the ground has to stop it.<br>I don’t see Omega being included, but they could mention it if we go back to Cosmo Canyon and talk to the Gi again. They said that the planet was &quot;made around their planet&quot; and the lifestream came from that. Imagine that the Gi explains further by saying it was Omega Weapon going to their home and making it into the planet Gaia. (I seriously doubt they will, but it would be a cool way to show Omega&apos;s purpose, even if it retcons his creation being at the same time as the other weapons)

  My theory is that Ultima is going to be Key in the endgame.<br><br>I think the lore in evercrisis will perhaps allude to Sephiroth using Ultima as a guardian of sorts for the northern crater.<br><br>The new weapon will take his place at mideel and trigger the lifestream quake that will pull cloud and tifa in.<br><br><br>At the endgame we will approach the crater once the barrier is down and engage in an aerial battle with ultima. We will wound it but it will damage the highwind resulting in an emergency landing.<br><br>Party will engage with ultima on the ground and finally defeat it.<br><br>Party will proceed to icicle inn while the crew try to repair the highwind.<br><br>We will then follow a path similar to the OG games trek up the mountain/northern crater leading to the final dungeon/confontation.

  My hope is all 5 weapons, or some remnants after defeating them in the main storyline, all join together to make the end all, be all elective FF boss of all time

  I&apos;m wondering if we fight sapphire while the sister Ray charges it&apos;s second shot. Then when we &quot;beat&quot; sapphire, there&apos;s a cutscenes of the sister Ray shoots the second time and destroys it.

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iQgGeL5_EOE&amp;t=173">2:53</a> If the Sapphire weapon actually dodged the ships sister ray in revelations; it&apos;d track, since Sephiroth talks about absorbing MULTIVERSES of Lifestreams in Rebirth. Why wouldn&apos;t revelation change up a detail to tell us that this is a completely different timeline?
