If u pause at 19:26 u can see mikel arteta (current arsenal manager) to peps right hand side. He was an assistant for pep at the time.

19:51 nice of them to show King Kev in every frame 😂. But it makes sense. KDB moving to City just before he arrived was a blessing and possibly also an incentive for him to sign. He witnessed first hand how KDB and Wolfsburg destroyed his Bayern 😂. These 2 were a match made in heaven and their fiery but deeply respectful dynamic defined one of the most dominant manager-player eras in modern football history. Pep draws the blueprint, KDB defies physics to build it.

Pep got most of his philosophy from the legendary Dutch player Johan Cruyff (another one you should put on the list). He played for Barca in the 70s and then managed Barca from ‘88 to ‘96!

Need to do a video reacting to Cruyff’s coaching legacy

React to:
- Arrigo Sacchi (in general, but in particulat at Legendary Milan)
- Gian Piero Gasperini (at Atalanta... a great coach who achieved great things with "small" teams)
- Fabio Capello (at Milan and Rome)
- Marcello Lippi (Italy's 2006 coach and Juventus)
- Maurizio Sarri (at Naples)
- Zdenek Zeman (he won only few titles... but he is probably the most "offensive style" coach ever in modern football... extremely spectacular. CRAZY)
- Valerij Lobanovs'kyj (a true, unique genius)
- Marcelo Bielsa (another great coach in small teams, but great playing style)
- Francesco Guidolin (at Udinese with Antonio di Natale, Alexis Sanchez and others)
- Carlo Ancelotti (his Milan played so well... his formation, known as the "Christmas tree," had become my favorite formation back then)
- Jurgen Klopp (at Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund)
- Antonio Conte (unique coaching style. He was able to instill a fighting spirit in the players like no one else... especially at Juventus)
- Massimo Ranieri (at Leicester)
- Luciano Spalletti (at Naples and Rome)
- Alberto Malesani (at Parma)
- Guus Hiddink (at Australia, Chelsea, etc.)
- Simone Inzaghi (at Inter... Insane playing style)
- Cesc Fabregas (at Como)
- Xabi Alonso (at Bayer Leverkusen)
- Guy Roux (at Auxerre. The manager who coached a single club for 44 years—a record. He managed to take it from the amateur leagues to the top flight and came within a whisker of winning the Europa League. All without money)
- Roy Hodgson (The great coach of small teams: he began his managerial career in Finland while barely out of his teens and eventually reached the elite level of football, yet he struggled at big clubs—perhaps due to difficulties in managing temperamental star players)

I could have given you other names of coaches as well, but I didn't want to give you too many, and I decided not to include names of coaches from a long time ago.

I remembered those years, Barcelona was a machine under Pep, their movements on and off the ball were really brilliant to watch, they were so good that in the 2010 World Cup 8 members of the Spanish World Cup winning team came from Barcelona and only 4 from Real Madrid. It’s the same as this year’s Spanish World Cup wining team, most of the players came from Barcelona. When Pep came to Man City he brought the most exquisite kind of football ever imagined in the history of the Premier League. Man City started slow in his first years, then with the slow introduction of his type of players, Man City became an unstoppable machine, wipping and playing of the park all the great football team that came before them, Chelsea, Manu, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Dartmond, Man City under Pep Guardiola beat all of them by resounding victories, by a big score, an unstoppable machine, the likes of which was never seen in the history of the Premier League.
