Your understanding of the study carried out with young people is much more correct than what Jen Oshman says. Congratulations!
Young people today have much more information than their ancestors and are able to identify the problem of religion. But they still believe in God.
This is wonderful and shows a rational evolution of human beings.

So, the Sunday keeping churches, are right in line, with the self esteem, teaching, of secular public schools. Participating= nice trophy.

In the Army we call this type of a falsehood being, “ setup for failure”. Hell is full of “good people”. There are two gates a wide and narrow, many will choice the wide gate thats advertised as heaven but leads to hell. The narrow gate through Christ alone for, “ no one gets to the father except through me” leads to heaven.

A belief in a God who watches over the world is the very opposite of deism.
