I watched a fashion influencer Tamara’s video and she stayed in the same hotel and got champagne, fruits, chocolates as welcome gifts! Hate how hotels spoil these influencers and if you are someone normal who pays for themselves then you get nothing special.

I wish more people would call out management understaffing like you do. Thank you for making the distinction between staff who can't be bothered and staff who are not being supported by management and having to do the work of multiple people.

Let’s see, you had a hard bed, noisy room that people could see into. Dirty dining area where you were ignored maybe due to lack of staff…you were much too generous. Not above a 6. You keep telling the truth about your experiences. You are a star. 🌟

5% service charge: ehy? Just pay your staff a decent wage, charge the right price!
This is a new nonsense.

If breakfast is served until 10:30, the kitchen should be open until 10:30. Crusty, stained chairs and staff rushing around and acting like they don’t notice you, I can’t stand it when it’s obvious they are purposely not making eye contact. Hard mattress, no sleep due to noise…ugh… I don’t know if I’d give it over a 5. 😂 Apparently I’m grumpy on your behalf.

I am a female and travel alone a lot, I noticed how couples and men are treated a lot better than single women. So unacceptable, I do bring it up to management, if I’m in a complaining mood. You don’t always want to deal with it.
Love your videos!

As a hong konger knowing the reputation of mandarin oriental as one of the highest end hotel brands from hk, im so disappointed at how their london branch seems to operate! what a disgrace. Thank you as always for your honest content hannah
