  As a former CPI it is crazy to me that she was allowed to stay around the children after disclosing to multiple people that she had thoughts of harming them. I&apos;ve put safety plans in place for way less.

  Jury members have to stay anonymous. Especially for serious cases. We can&apos;t just start naming them after a trial is over, it encourages people to either vote with everyone else so they dont get targeted, or vote in a way that will Aline with a culture way issue for either fame or a gofundme. We need to keep identities secret until at least enough time has passed that no one cares. <br><br>Allowing them to be named after the trial doesn&apos;t stop jury intimidation. It just moves when you can harm them. <br><br>At the same time, we shouldn&apos;t be interviewing the ones who want to talk. It obviously encourages bad behavior. Jury duty is a civil duty, not a road to fame.

  These jurors claiming the holdout &quot;refused to follow the law&quot; while simultaneously bragging that they used their &quot;professional expertise&quot; as nurses to sway other jurors, which is explicitly forbidden 🙄

  &quot;Not having a plan&quot; is such BS. 2 of our friends (successfully) ended their lives without a clear plan for the longest time and my wife (she was in psychosis, looking back at it) chose the way she wanted to go out - on the spot (unsuccessfully)

  That is absolutely insane to refuse to go to a sidebar with a judge. &nbsp;Like if the trial wasn&apos;t underway, you&apos;d get contempt. &nbsp;Because the judge doesn&apos;t know if you&apos;re going to try and say something awful that will taint the jury
