Idris Review: The Truth After Owning It for 3 Months!

  Love my Idris.  I use mine with my org several days a week.  Load it up with a Hull A and Prospectors/Golems and the appropriate bags, take it out in the Aaron Halo to mine. Use the Idris as a mobile base for it, bringing the miners into the hangar for a "pit stop", load the full bags onto the Hull A, take them to a refinery, and return with the empty bags.  Cargo hauling and security while doing salvage ops in Pyro.  Use it to carry fighters while escorting cargo ships.  Many opportunities for gameplay with it beyond just fighting...most revolve around being a mobile base.

  The idris needs a search and rescue feature, so easy to get lost in lol.

  I hope there are more affordable ships with the Halo style MAC rail guns in the future. I would own this ship for that reason but it&apos;s just too big and expensive for me. <br><br>I&apos;m glad you are having fun with it, I definitely love the idea of taking all your toys with you. Super cool design.

  I bought mine 8 years ago. No regrets and I have the upgrade kit for K, and will get the T kit soon as well, that larger turret up front is a great idea :)

  Yeah, we need AI crew and ambient crew. I just can&apos;t imagine only players being able to truly crew this thing or the larger Jav.

  I have the polaris from Perseus as loaner and that is good enough for me. I&apos;ll probably stick with Perseus, and once galaxy releases that too. Idris is just too big for me.

  Keep up all the great work we should Cruze sometime. And I always love your videos. Very informative for the newcomer it is very good. I&apos;ve been playing for a long time and I still like watching them!! Plus your narration is pretty spot on 😊 keep up all the great work, and I hope to see you in the verse.   Cool shots! For some reason (bug?!) my 3rd Person View was not able to fit the whole ship on the monitor so nicely - it was looking abhorrent.<br><br>Will give it another try!
