  You just solved a 25 year mystery for me! I had a 96 Ford Escort that broke the timing belt. All my "Expert" friends said the motor was shot due to valve damage. I went to Chief Automotive got a Chilton Manual and a new belt, spent a Saturday putting it in and the car gave me another 100k! I had never heard of a non interference motor until this video. For the last 25 years I just thought I was lucky 😂

  When I met my now-wife 4 years ago, she had been gifted a 2004 ford focus with only 80k miles on it. Since we've been together, I've given her my nice safe 2020 nissan to drive while I use the ford as my daily driver. I'm constantly doing projects to fix it up and keep it running longer, and I can't tell you how thankful I am to you for making another video of this era of Ford Focuses that I can reference for help. Greatly appreciated!
