GOD i love this movie. The scene where her mom mockingly says, “Are you sure it doesn’t just make you feel beautiful?” about ice skating, and she says, “So what if it does?!” ALTERED MY BRAIN CHEMISTRY as a kid

I loved that they actually got ice-skaters to be actors in this. Kirsten Olson (playing Nikki Fletcher), Jocelyn Lai (playing Tiffany Lai), Juliana Cannarozzo (playing Zoey Bloch) are all figure skaters.

The way Ice Princess changed my life and is one of the reasons why I’m an engineer and still skating today… Truly a cultural reset and masterpiece for the figure skating community. RIP Michelle💙
