  I will give this movie SOME credit, I like how they made Ben a perfectly nice and helpful guy, rather than the standard Hallmark trope of making him a douchebag so that the main guy looks better in comparison. But it sort of goes in the opposite direction because idk why you'd choose Patrick over him now.

  I find it disturbing that in a small town where everyone knows everyone else, a sweet old woman just up and sues someone she&apos;s apparently never even discussed the issue with!

HELLO?!? That would legit be such a good movie

  She&apos;s like, and extra bad lawyer too, because I&apos;m pretty sure her father could argue presumptive ownership of the land under Virgina&apos;s adverse possesion law, since he&apos;s had the land for a long time and has been maintaining it and caring for it.
