When hard rock bands do a slower song like this, it is called a power ballad. It's a whole subgenre of rock music

If you want drums , listen to "You could be mine" from Guns n roses . It was used for the terminator 2 soundtrack. You'll love it!! People keep giving you suggestions that are not your cup of tea.
