There will never be another artist like Bowie.  He not only a musician but an actor, writer, painter- a true rennissance man.    His relevance spans over five decades up until his death.  He recorded his last album (Black star) knowing he was dying.  It was released  on his birthday and two days before his death.  God, I miss him.  Please do more of his songs- you won't be disappointed.

"Let's Dance" and "Heroes" are Bowie classics you have to do.  He's an icon, glad you're taking the dive.  There's always "Rebel Rebel", "Suffragette City" and "Changes". Then there's... you get the point.  About Bowie's look, he changed it frequently and it's something we all embraced.  Bowie wrote songs, great songs and none of them sound the same.

Bowie evolved so much over time, he was completely different at the end of his career compared to the beginning, yet brilliant all the way through.

From Space Oddity to Blackstar, the journey of sounds and looks never stopped changing. Bowie did'nt even like the sound of his own voice. We all did. A true legend! So sadly missed.

David Bowie is one of only a handful of artists whose death brought me to my knees in tears. Even though his old school music was when I was only a kid, his music has always been a part of my life. He was unique, he was weird, he was different, he was David Bowie, he was Ziggy Stardust, he was flamboyant, he was reserved, he was always changing, he was always fresh, he was brilliant and a musical genius. He has no one style of music and cannot be labeled. He was a musical changeling, exploring different sounds and vibes. He was Rock, Soul, R&B, Dance, Disco, Pop, Glam, Electronic, and more, he was never the same. He was one of those iconic artists who can never be duplicated and who left a huge mark on the world of music. I didn't know it then, but David Bowie's music created an emotional bond with me that left me feeling a huge loss that caught me totally off guard when he passed. I love David Bowie and always will.
