  I think your assessment of the difference is spot on. For me, that difference is enough that I’ll have to live with a 60 cycle hum

  Incredibly accurate review. I have these pickups in a guitar of mine. They sound very good, but not exactly like a traditional single coil p90. The quiet coils are more compressed and less touch sensitive than a traditional p90. That being said, I am very happy with these pickups. It’s a happy place between a p90 and a traditional humbucker.

  Very nice demo Dylan!  I had a  Fralin noiseless P90 in my custom built LP Junior DC. It was okay but it went microphonic after it was exposed to a tropical climate. I have a Seymour Duncan Jared James Nichols noiseless P90 on the way to me to try. If I’m not satisfied I’ll check out the mojo tone. Keep up the good work!

  I agree that it does sound a bit thinner and less rounded. But, I feel a simple eq (which I'm sure Dylan would've done in a different context) of the amp would fix it; all while eliminating the hum. I could be wrong, worth a test to the no-goers here!

  Excellent playing, dude.  Love the way you use a slide while also playing lines on standard tuning.

  The noiseless one loses a little bit of the bark, but not too much. I love my P90 guitar, but sometimes you have to stand a certain way to cut the hum! Great videos...I started doing the behind-the-slide fretting, and it's a gamechanger. I watched a Sonny Landreth video on that years ago, but you explain it much better.

  I&apos;ve found that lining the cavities and pickup covers with copper foil can reduce the hum quite a bit in single coils.<br>It can also be done to Stratocasters, and works far better than shielding paint alone. If that doesn&apos;t work TURN IT UP! LOL!😄

  They are slightly different. but with a little drive the differences get blurred even more. Clean tone sounds like the stock one is not as bright surprisingly, or has more mids/bass. If i had a full size p90 i would use this pickup.
