  My dad knew Chris back in his college days. He would never shut up about how the grunts and brutes cracked him up thanks to his buddy&apos;s dark humor.

  The fact that a 20 year old game design has been basically unchanged (in the case of Infinite vs CE/2/3) and still looks great is a testament to how far Halo was ahead of its time

  My favorite grunt voiceline was the halo 2 line &quot;I will love you and pet you and call you George&quot; thus making me refer to master cheif as George now

  I&apos;m a classic Halo fan, but Infinite&apos;s Grunts are my favorite. Even more chatty and dangerous. Grunt Ultra (white armour) finally have shields !

  Infinite has my favorite grunts in the series solely because of their dialogue. I died to one and he said &quot;Yeah, try to fight back now you dead idiot!!!&quot; Although 3 has my favorite design

  Something else I saw about Halo Infinite grunts is that they have the ability to NOT go down with their own ship when going on a suicide charge. Sometimes if they think you&apos;re not watching, they ignite the grenades, run as fast as their tiny legs can manage, then just drop them at your feet and try to run clear of the blast.
