You're correct about Malaysia. I have lived here for over 6 years. It is a multi ethnic culture and as a person of color, I fit in unnoticed, as a matter of fact the Malaysian people are some of the most kind and friendly people I have experienced and I have lived in many countries. <br><br>I remember when you guys were here in Kuala Lumpur, I recommended the barbershop, Baby-Afro😅 and you guys reviewed Valentine Roti, one of my favorite restaurants and just a few blocks from my residence. I love Kampung Baru, it is rich in culture and highly walkable.<br> <br>I hope you visit again, Malaysia is progressing fast

There are just so many "travel channels" out there to choose from, and it gets a bit daunting at time. I have to admit, for whatever reason, this channel is one of my absolute favorites. Thanks for all you share and I hope someday to run across the both of you for a shared meal out...Blessings, j

Thank you to the people of GoingFartherTogether. For Georgia and Albania, the winters are too fierce for a retiree. Malaysia has not only price themselves out for retirees, but also you can forget about any meaningful companionship for a single retired Black man.

I just moved to Albania from NYC and I applied for my residence in Vlorë and there is no residence for 5 yrs its only 1yr. The only 5 yr residence is if your applying a residence while opening a business. My friend is opening a business and got a 5yr residence. This happen now 2/2026.. Groceries is more then 150 a month.
