Hes was not even authorized to pull succinylcholine he was not an anesthesiologists non anesthesiologists are not even trained to give a paralytic  like this because no surgical procedure hes doing requires it by his hand not one !

What a goofy i love this conviction for him the only reason he is even in this predicament because of his fragile ego and being cheap! He was not getting any millions for some billing dispute ,  some of the  reviews or at least two i saw had nothing to do with billing but his bedside manner one said they knew him from Poland and he mistreated animals ! He was about to lose and his ego needed an innocent to pay for his failure. Which was dumb because he was gonna lose the case whether Cozzi  was on it or not 🙄. Narcs always self implode.

Like the prosecutor said and ill say is a malignant narcissist which these type are very narcissistic and have psychopathic and or anti social and  he believed he was a genius not only as a surgeon but also as a person and everyone or anyone he perceived he was better than  should be destroyed if he was threatened with losing ! He thought he committed the perfect murder which he didn’t and clearly he is not a trained attorney though he was foolish enough to represent himself because of his ego didn’t look at real laws but assumed that without a body there would be no case but there have been many cases before in florida that folks were convicted with out a body !
