I feel like his whole defense in closing argument is, “I didn’t commit the murder and dispose of the body the way the state described, which I know because I committed this murder and disposed of the body in a different manner than alleged.”

Imagine using your own murder trial just to play mind games with witnesses. He isn't defending his innocence; he's just soaking in the sick satisfaction of knowing details no one else ever will.

Very disturbing case. I haven’t heard the verdict yet, but what Steven Cozzi ( spell?) likely endured in the minutes and hours leading to his death must’ve been so painful and terrifying. Thinking about his family and the lawyer community down in FL.

You don't need to lift 195lbs at once. You can tilt, slide, prop, and pivot 195lbs...etc.
