  I love that at the end of such a damning testimony, when he was asked to identify Kosowski, he made a point of describing K&apos;s receding hairline, his jail clothes and the deputy standing right behind him. <br>I know the trial isn&apos;t over yet, but it&apos;s not looking good for Kosowski. What an unpleasant, arrogant nasty person he seems to be.

  This witness has been the most interesting one I&apos;ve seen so far. He paints an excellent picture of who Kosowski is.

  I believe the crazy doctor incapacitated Attorney Cozzi in the washroom, gave him a beating but the majority of the beating occurred once he was at his residence. &nbsp;In those 5ish hours, he berated him verbally, beat him relentlessly to death and then surgically dismembered him. The great thing is this crazy doctor lost the case because Mr. Cozzi was superior professionally and as a human being. &nbsp;May he become penniless from the Wrongful Death litigation that should leave the defendant bankrupt.

  The bus video of the Tundra on the highway looks like movement in the wagon under the blanket... not caused by wind. &nbsp;I hope I am wrong.

  Kosowski does not seem to have been very successful for a Florida-based, Ivy league-trained plastic surgeon. &nbsp;He should have been a multi-millionaire. &nbsp;Instead, he looks like he can&apos;t even afford a decent haircut! &nbsp;Plastic surgery is a an elective surgical service, considered cosmetic (non-essential) usually paid for in hard cash (NOT health insurance) by most patients, who are rich enough to afford it. &nbsp;Having to sue to get reimbursement from deadbeat patients, planning to flee in a red, little compact car (a cheap low-end RED Toyota), with only $282,000.00 cash in hand, sounds like a frustrated, angry, unsuccessful plastic surgeon, dying to get some respect but unable to earn it because of his conceited, angry, arrogant personality. &nbsp;That still does NOT justify willful murder.

  Kosowksi knows he’s screwed. &nbsp;He’s just making things difficult for everyone. &nbsp;He didn’t want an attorney because he didn’t want to pay one.

  Why was Koz mad at Cozzi?
