intelligent way of making a rural property into an estate. The trullo is there and the addon "villa" is within dimensions of being considered storage+livestock facilities, with a kitchen, therefore fitting the "rural" category: less taxes, cheaper, but also impossible to build more and make it evolve into something bigger unless the regional plan allow it to be, which does not seem to be the case.

Finally, a beautiful place, evocative of the area, well- done, with a reasonable price. Great location too!

This property is filled with so much charm and beauty, it has peace and tranquility in abundance I love it. The outside living is a huge highlight for me and there are so many areas to relax in and enjoy. I would probably look into installing a pool and pizza oven, I would turn the storage room into a small bedroom as well possibly put some chunking wooden bunkbeds in there. I wouldn't look to build or extend anymore on this property, If I had guests over to stay then I would have some bell tents set up for glamping. Thank you for showing this amazing property its really sparked my imagination with regards to what's possible when I move to Italy.

Thank you for your wonderful presentations. We would like to also hear the additional business and legalities in being property owners of this site. Balancing the hope of purchasing procedures are important for us.

Really sweet property - you can see the love the owners has for the place. Nice, too, that there is room to expand the buildings if one wanted. Great find - it was a joy to view. 😀

Absolutely gorgeous!!!! Can feel the love and care they put into it. So quaint. So special and so much you can still do with it. The open bathroom may not be for everyone but trulli are about making the most of the square footage and they did it so well. And at that price, could/should be snapped up sight unseen.
