  Looks really solid! No pool nor well would work for me but def one of the nicer properties in this range.

  Good evening, energetic lady.<br>Thank you very much for the new video; as always, you are known for your candor and helpful advice.<br>1- The issue in this region is the lack of water wells; 95% of the properties do not have them, so everyone relies on rainwater.<br>2- Generally, in Italy, real estate agencies charge a commission to the buyer as well—unlike in Spain, where only some do, or Portugal, where most do not charge the buyer a commission.<br>3- This is an excellent region, boasting direct access to international airports and mild winter weather.<br>Please accept my sincere respect, and I look forward to your future videos.

  I don’t even have the words to describe how deeply my heart longs for Italy. 🇮🇹 Every beautiful video I watch makes me believe even more that this is where I’m meant to be. I’ve been manifesting this dream for so long, praying for it with all my heart, and I truly hope one day I’ll look back at this comment while living the life I’ve always imagined in Italy. Until then, I’ll keep believing. 🤍

  Well it&apos;s small but in great condition, kitchens are fairly cheap in Italy especially at Ikea, you could have a nice sized kitchen , make the first bedroom off the the kitchen a living room with a sofa bed for a guest or 2 and take the second for yourself. I would make a large covered pergola on the side of the front patio to expand your outdoor living space options. I didn&apos;t quite understand if he said you could add a 100sqmts to it or not? It does lack the character you love, but it also won&apos;t cost a fortune in money or time to make it livable very very fast. I think it&apos;s a good practical start on your adventure. 😉

  As for the price, I prefer to keep it private or discuss it via direct contact. I am looking for a hectare or more at a reasonable price, provided it is a single plot or consists of adjacent plots. The presence of a water well is a key priority.

  The house seems sound and well built. no cracks or mildew. I&apos;d make sure the water pressure was good.The landscape is level which for me would be a plus. Thank you 🥰

  The house very nice. But no water is a big problem and cannot dig a well. That is an issue that is a deal breaker.
