This is an absolute beauty in so many ways. The price it's fair game given all the renovations and the quality brought within. Now let's get real. The cookery downstairs: I'll keep it as much original as possible but she needs to turn into a bathroom. It will look glorious! About the toilet: smash the wall out, make it bigger and with more light. The extra space could even fit a bathtub with that incredible view. Last thought: I'm looking forward to see the above apartment, but given the quality of the renovation, I'd really buy the whole thing. Thanks Dave, as you said the whole week this one is really amazing! ❤

Its very charming Id want to buy the whole building though 😊 ❤. Glad they kept alot of the original details. But no a kitchen in the entrance. Id make the 1st room into a large living room ❤

I get so impatient when I watch your films because it's like I know you take your time to show us everything but it builds up and it's like sometimes annoying but I know you do your job and I'm not trying to critique it's just the sheer coolness of the homes you show I love it . I need to come to italy I bet I won't be 400lbs then loll

It’s certainly a project and quite a bit more work to do. Stunning views, and great for someone who can make it into something warm and light :)
