New Gelcoat - Application, Sanding and Polishing New Gelcoat over Old - 1971 S&S34

After a lot of preparation work we apply the new polyester Gelcoat to the hull of this S&S34 classic yacht. This video is a deep dive into the options for application, how to apply gelcoat with a roller,, we talk about application over epoxy-based fillers and finally but most importantly we sand and polish the new Gelcoat on the transom to a beautiful factory gloss finish. You may have seen some of this happening in the background of the Osmosis repair video series as the two jobs overlapped but I thought it made sense to keep them as separate video series.
