  im indian, and jamie got everything wrong. not a single things right. I dont understand how a person can get so many dishes wrong when you can literally find so many recipes.

  The authentic roghan josh, which is from Kashmir doesn&apos;t even use onions and tomatoes. It uses Asafoetida, fennel, mustard, yogurt and Kashmiri chilies for colour. They often also rely on ginger powder rather than fresh ginger in the dish. Even some restaurants in india sell mutton-curry as Rogan josh. But it&apos;s not the authentic deal. It&apos;s not authentic. This is an offence to true indian food culture.
