Well, I learned a few things, and at 91 I thought I knew everything about bread. My French bread always came out to stiff....you have a beautiful smile it lights up your face....

Abigail your doing such a great job on your videos, you have shown my Great Niece that even kids can show people how to do things and now she has told her Mom she wants to make videos on her farm chores. Well done; I hope you keep making the cooking videos. you're really good at it.

Nice Abigail. I have my favorite French bread recipe but you convinced me to try yours! They turned out so pretty 😍 💗 A great tip I learned was to shape the bread on a lightly oiled surface. It keeps the bread from getting too much flour added, and it moisturizes the outside of the loaf for a great rise.
