Anyone who told you to pass on the second one should be......well, terminated. Terminator 2: Judgement Day is almost universally recognized as one of the most worthy of sequels ever.

My favorite bit of comedy is in the apartment as the landlord asks about the odor coming from the room. The Terminator cycles through possible responses and comes up with "F*ck you, asshole" , which is a nod to the scene where The Terminator first arrives and encounters/slaughters that gang of thugs led by Bill Paxton

Whoever said that the second one isn't worth watching, is insane. Most people who love this franchise love the second film more than the first, without disrespecting the first Terminator film.

It's pure MADNESS for anyone to say not to watch T2! That's the craziest thing I've heard in a while now. That's like saying to pass on The Empire Strikes Back, The Godfather Part 2, or Aliens. Outrageousness!!

I do like how the photo is used. The Terminator has to use the phone listing to track down each Sarah Connor one by one. But Kyle just has to watch her apartment to find her. John Connor probably told Kyle what the correct address was, and Kyle also memorized her image from her photograph.

It wasn't the loss of human flesh that slowed the bare metal Terminator. It suffered some damage when run over by the tractor-trailer rig, and maybe from the motorcycle crash that preceded it.
