  Am I the only one who doesn't see Clancy's ending as a defeat? I'm reminded of the phrase "in the end, everything will be alright, if it's not alright, it's not the end." Clancy didn't lose, because a new Clancy will come. "It's not about passing or failing, it's about progression..." - as said in RAWFEAR. There will never be a definitive victory, because mental health isn't something you conquer once and for all; you fight for it until the last day of your life.

  When Clancy gets stabbed by the antlers he gets transformed into a 4d being who can traverse the 4th dimension:time.

  Interesting thoughts. I subscribe to the theory that Clancy and Nico are the two halves of Tyler separated, kind of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. Tyler exists in the story, and he takes on the title of Clancy, and then eventually Nico. The blur effect, especially in Levitate where you see him separate into 2 or 3 kind of afterimages? It made me think of that, as if he's dissociating and seeing the aspects of himself that separate into Clancy and Nico.

  I think you’re close but i’m still convinced the ‘unplanned’ (how could this have been planned) plan is the reverse theory. Please i beg, watch all the videos but in reverse order, i have a playlist on my chanel, look for details that line up in reverse, and you WILL find them. It’ll take around 2 hours. I think you’re right about the blurryness, however i think it’s him splitting in two in the story line, and the paths converging. Where you said there not flashbacks, but more like visions, it lines up with the reverse theory. Clancy is born in overcompensate, but BECAUSE he went to face nico in paladin straight, and chose to accept it, and not fight it, like he does in city walls. I promise you everything connects in reverse, and i think it cracks the code. In reverse, the city walls fight births the Nico that clancy chooses not to fight, but to try to run from, after paladin. The reverse story gets really cool when you get to the trench videos. there is so. much. that connects.

  I love this theory! I've only had the more basic perspective of 'the paint is lower' detail and "this might be the furthest we've reached" line meaning progression towards the cycle breaking, but man I love this perspective expansion! I love the idea of Clancy realizing "I'm not the one who'll break the cycle" and commiting to laying the final foundations for a true victory!

  I'm not sure where else to put this thought but I was just listening to Nico and the Niners (straight banger btw) and he says 'We'll win but not everyone will get out.' We also have the quote from the first leg of the Clancy tour taken from the bandito letter cypher "We must destroy them or we will become them, and if we become them, we must do better." These two things considered, maybe they/the banditos did 'win' because the Nova Bishop, while he didnt 'get out' he will will do better? Since the very second I saw him put on the cloak (and woke up the whole house from screaming at midnight during the City Walls premiere, lol) I wanted to think he will do better because of the Clancy tour cypher. BUT there's been such a strong focus on Drag Path lately that I don't think that's the case anymore. And for the next cycle, we can just hope its the last time.

  Interesting theory! I still look at those flashbacks as just flashbacks, though. But I also think that Clancy stopping and not running away is him thinking about all of these past moments, realising that he can&apos;t run away, that this isn&apos;t the way to defeat Nico (just as running away isn&apos;t the way to solve our struggles and problems). And that also gives him the strength to get up and fight.

  I feel like when Clancy gets stabbed the power dynamic in the antler&apos;s change in Nico&apos;s hands and cause the power to be &quot;injected&quot; into Clancy but also since it is Nico&apos;s power it forces him to turn into a Bishop but also gives him the ability to kill Nico. Which is also how all the Bishop&apos;s have such strong power; it gets passed on each cycle, and becomes part of their blood.

  After watching your interview with Roland, I ant help but to picture the whole creative team tying together all of these small moments which makes so much more of an impact on the whole story for me. I absolutely love the &apos;defeated Clancy&apos; theory. How Nico just shows up and only takes Clancy, who just lets him, has always puzzled me until now.
