If she actually &nbsp;<i>needs</i> a dog-free space - and some people do, because of allergies or genuine phobias - then that need can be easily fulfilled by looking for a venue with a &apos;sorry, no dogs&apos; sign on the door, or by simply - and politely! - asking a staff member if there is a dog-free area because of your genuine need for one. <br><br>An arrogant, ignorant foreigner telling a &nbsp;local person to stop doing something perfectly legal there, is the absolute <i>epitome</i> of entitlement. How very DARE they! <br><br>If I&apos;d&apos;ve been there, I&apos;d&apos;ve been tempted to dash out and borrow the biggest, hairiest dog in the neighbourhood and plonk myself down directly next to them!

  I went to Verdun for a school trip in 9th grade. Never, ever let kids out of sight. There is still restricted and forbidden areas due to WWI and II shells and mines. They are signaled but still.

  I know a young lady working at a time as a tourist guide at the famous castle of Neuschwanstein in Bavaria. Once, an American lady declared in loud voice that it wes clear that the architect took his inspiration from Disneyland ....
