  ignoring all the additional fees for moving in, this appartment seems to have a very reasonable rent for such a spaceous apartment in such a big city.

  I would say that ¥170K is very reasonable given the unit and the location, if not for the 2 months of key money 😐

  What a great apartment would love to see the tatami room with the new mats. When I did the conversion to British pounds I was like 😮😮 I'm in London and I'm not sure you would even get a house or flat share for that cheap. Appreciate tho your initial moving in and upfront costs would be high. The flat was truly fab loved the kitchen with an oven, ❤ so much decent storage too, both bedrooms were decent size aswell. Thanks so much for the tour 👍
