I love the traditional Japanese architecture. I'm a city person, so I like the locations. All of the apts are good, but I like balconies, preferably on upper floors, so #3 is my favorite.

The third apt having a dedicated mini split unit in the bedroom is so over the top but I love it. Imagine just closing off your bedroom and having it be like a freezer in there. Dream scenario
