I interviewed Eric in Houston in 1983. He was so cool and politically savvy. Other than Plant he is my favorite singer due to the emotions of his voice.

I first heard “Rising Sun” while on R&R in Bangkok, Thailand! I because a big Animals fan right then & there & took that memory back to Vietnam!

We sadly lost Barry Jenkins a couple of years ago. Used to chat with him at the local boot fairs in Kent while he looked around for musical instruments for his guitar shop in Ramsgate. RIP.
