A small but important detail. When Colette was teaching Linguini the ropes, she mentions, “you think it’s like mommy cooking in the kitchen…” <br>Later, it’s the Ratatouille that reminds Anton of his mother, cooking in the kitchen, which may imply something about Chefs lacking that certain quality that Remmy understood.
