De-Milled is short for "Demilitarized" meaning it has been (relatively) permanently disabled from being fired. A De-milled tank gun, for example, would have it's block removed/ welded shut and/or barrel filled with concrete to prevent it from firing a shell.

The paper is for the storage. And it’s usually impregnated with oil. Helps prevent rust/corrosion by displacing moisture.

It is still crazy to me that this meme lord is running for office in Texas.

 1. This rocket is not explosive, he mentioned it when talking about the setup. It's pretty much impossible to get actual high explosive rockets as a civilian pretty much everywhere unfortunately.
2. It's not a bullet, it's also not propelled by gunpowder, it's propelled using a rocket motor and fuel. That's actually why it's called a rpg ( rocket propelled grenade) the rocket motor keeps force propelling the grenade forward in flight.
3. Also technically speaking it is not a "gun" it is legally classified as something called a destructive device ( same with things like grenades)

For reference - Eli Doubletap is one of Brandon's cohosts on the Unsubscribe podcast and is a Iraq War combat veteran. He was in dozens of firefights during his service.

Keep in mine, Black Hawk Down is based on real events, so the guy getting direct shot through a humvee door actually happened. It was, however, before the 'up aromored' variant of the humvee was created, so the door was likely cloth or very think sheet metal, so that's probably why it didn't go off. The RPG was designed for tanks and armored personnel carriers and stuff.

9:08 The stick behind is the rocket booster and motor. About half of it goes off immediately and rest will continue to propel the rocket during flight.

Notice how no one is standing behind Brandon when he fired the launcher, that's because of something called backblast, which is when the rocket is fired, the exhaust gases are projected out of the back of the tube, where that cone bit is, backblast can burn, injured and even kill people who stand behind someone who uses a rocket launcher, the sheer pressure and heat from firing the rocket is that great.

The rockets in this video don't have any explosive in them, since as Brandon says, unless you're in a country where women aren't allowed to show their ankles (AKA the Middle East), you cannot legally have rockets with any high explosive filler in them.

I suggest next up looking at the next step in this sort of experiment with Ballistic High Speed doing this same thing with an actual explosive rocket! Plus they also have a pretty wild RPG-related story to check out...
