Your number 2 choice Wild Planet 's Wild Pacific Sardines in EVOO contains water. It is not listed on the front label; instead, it is mentioned in the list of ingredients. To me, it means both marketing deceptions and technological imperfections.

Seasons in EVOO are the best!!! Skin and bones..... Yummy!!! Way lower levels of arsenic than Wild Planet!!!

I have one suggestion, no matter which brand. Make sure your Sardines come out of the Atlantic Cold waters. Their fish is firmer and tastier. Then the sardines come out of warm waters, like those off Morocco or China. Processed in Poland, makes you feel more comfy. Then processed in Morocco or China. These Sardines are mushy, fall apart and lack flavor. Sodium is at an all-time high. Just be careful to eat them sparingly. Good Luck.:face-orange-raised-eyebrow:
