I wear a headband because i sweat a ton. It’s not a fashion statement for me.

Headband will always be in for me. If I don’t buy one, then I will cut a t-shirt sleeve off and wear it as a head as Froning was in the picture you have of him with a headband. It’s an absolute must for a person who just pours our sweat and it will eventually burn your eyes.

Following a CrossFit blog programming: circa 2012-2014. OPT, Outlaw way, Invictus, misfits etc everyone was following one, while still jumping into their class workouts at their affiliate.
