That's a profound way to frame emotional alchemy—turning reactive turmoil into a gentle release. It reminds me of ancient practices like mindfulness or even stoic philosophy, where we observe thoughts as transient visitors rather than permanent residents. By acknowledging the "tragic energies" without grasping them, and instead inviting empathy ("I feel you and you are a part of me"), you're essentially rerouting the flow: from constriction in the throat and body to an open expulsion through the ears, making space for that healing light.

I am a big fan of how you see healing, and even more how you present it. Waiting for more of your videos

Hi.
I feel the talk about people bonding over resentments, almost as a social lubricant. It’s so sick, and so… all of the internet now. But I see how I participate, and in the real world too. It feels great until I’m driving away.

I think part of this is self-pity too. I’m just now becoming aware of how much of my anger and sadness is really self-pity.
I know that that’s actually good news—it means there’s a way out—but I’m still… probably pitying myself about it.
Hahaha.

Thanks for the show. You guys are doing good stuff.

Help me understand how to not let people's rudeness. Disrespect. Condescention not be such a sensitive trigger me. I dont care what my history is with someone, once that enters tone or body language, I get triggered. I try not to talk shit on others, i try to remember they are in pain too but like.... im in pain, im not attacking ppl or bullying ppl. I know its an issue that I see danger in everyone but i dont like the idea of excusing people to treat us like shit and not react. I know u arent saying to lie down and take it. I just am trying to relate to ur perspective in a way I can understand. I feel like we almost want to teach people how to treat others better. But its not our responsibility but it is affecting us in a way.

Maggie, I’m learning so much from you but could you stop using the phrase “beat a dead horse.” I know they’re just words but they’re offensive to animal lovers. That phrase came from people doing just that ; beating dead horses out of anger. I’m sure I’m proving your point but it’s ok. I work with rescue horses and have seen some terrible things so I’m sticking to my reaction even though I know the phrase is “triggering” me. Thank you again for sharing your wisdom. 🌻
