There is so much good information in this video I’m listening to it for the fifth time, you’re my spirit animal. I’m 5’4 also down from 195 to 118 pounds (sometimes I get as low as 113) but I prefer being on the lower end of the range and heavily focus on fitness to rebuild muscle. I’ve maintained for a year now on weekly Zepbound 5mg. I very much miss the euphoria of the constant weight drop, so I’ve had to transition focusing on the scale to the euphoria of daily strength and stability. I have a new life and it’s amazing!

Besides removing the food noise the “Pause” is what a GLP1 gives me. It explains exactly how I feel now, thanks for giving it a name. I now look at food and I can pause and decide whether I want it or not, I think that looks yummy but I don’t want it. I could not do that before.

Your videos have been such an inspiration. I’m a 6-foot-tall South Asian male who used to weigh 224 pounds. As South Asians, we are genetically more predisposed to diabetes and heart disease if we’re not careful with our diet. My annual physical was a huge wake-up call. My A1C was in the prediabetic range, and my lipid panel wasn’t good either. I finally started Zepbound, and over the past five months I’ve gone from 224 pounds to 172 pounds. My blood work is now completely normal. It feels incredible to go from a 36-inch waist to a 32-inch waist and from XXL shirts to size L. Now my biggest challenge is maintaining my current weight. If I’m not careful, my weight starts dropping below 170, so I’m now trying to find the right balance to stay around 172.

Even though I’m on Retatrutide now, I found this channel when I first started my GLP-1 journey with Zepbound last winter, and you’re actually the reason I switched to compounded tirzepatide. I just want to say thank you. This has been, and still is, the most relatable, high-quality, and informative GLP-1 channel out there. I love your content—keep it up! You’re the best!

I anticipate the max dose of my glp-1 will probably also be my maintenance dose. But it's hard to say since I'm still a little bit away from my goal weight. I'm 5'6" and I started a year ago at 222 lbs. I'm now, as of today, at 169.2 lbs. And it's awesome. I'm aiming for 135 lbs. I am loving my body already. And it feels so great to have lost over 50 lbs. I'm so happy you have found what works for you. I really enjoy your videos

I feel like this video almost reinforces the fact that you are not a “fraud”and goes hand in hand with your last video. Describing how hard you worked on your journey is inspiring and shows your dedication and determination. Well done!

I really like the point about it never being "one and done". We are, and always will be, ever-changing.

I am 5’4 and at 145 where I’m happy since I’m 58 years old. I do have excess skin on my lower body area and will stay there because I will never afford the tummy tuck. BUT, my goal is to build muscle where I know the tummy area will shrink a little more. Your videos are so important to many of us, especially me :)
