    I feel like the people who complain about generics don't realize that it's really for library devs that need to metabolize everything.  Then when they find iter.Seq., sync.Pool, atomics, and unsafe; you reach for these when you have a mighty need to for speed.  You may safely ignore these until you hit the wall hard.

    Go was a language specifically designed not to have all of these features. We&apos;re now getting them all bolted on anyway. This is such a suboptimal way of building a language.
