It’s taken me four months to bring this video to life. From writing the script, to learning how to create animations for the first time, to filming on location, to finding the soundtrack that best sets the atmosphere, it has been a long journey, and I’m very happy to finally share this passion project about the Picts with you all.<br><br>The Picts have always fascinated me. I spent many hours researching the best books on the subject and the leading Pictish archaeologists, and I hope I’ve managed to gather and compile the most important information into a video that is both informative and interesting to watch. <br><br>I hope you all enjoy it 🙂<br><br>Nico

The Celts, the Picts, the Huns, all become so much more fascinating the more you realize how little we know about them and how much of their history is only told from Roman war stories.

If the Picts were tattooed, that could be part of the reason why they were compared to the Scythians based on how elaborate Scythian tattoos were.
