  Uncle Irwin,my mother&apos;s brother, fought in North Africa, Sicily, DDay plus 1, ended the war in Czechoslovakia. Only told me this when he was in his 80&apos;s. Infantry. Left Kendall,NY at 17, brown hair, came home with pure white hair.
