Here’s a simple test for you :<br>Would your song exist without Ai ? If your answer is no, then you didnt create it nor can you own it, including the copyright. <br>However, if you answer yes and your assistive Ai work is following your original human composition, then yes you did and can own your copyright. Hope this helps clarify.

To be clear, if you’re using Assistive Ai where your ai work fully follows your original human melodie’s and arrangement to the tee, you can copyright it fully and hold your ownership ! Avoid the Suno and Udio of this world when it comes to Assistive Ai, as their original model’s outputs were pretty much copyright infringements galore, simply stated !

I use Ace Studio 2, but it's not just using a prompt - I put in my original recording, just me on guitar or piano or whatever else I recorded before, I put in the lyrics and I give a short prompt such as Blues. The program then takes my music and polishes it up like I've asked. Is this putting my ownership of my original music in danger? I have not found anything on the tos that they will train with my stuff.
