  Fun thing to note. Jay throws his watch away because the battery died. He even states that he got the battery recently replaced.<br>Watch batteries takes years to die.

  To be honest, I took Alex&apos;s crashout about &quot;the series being all they have&quot; as Joseph breaking the 4th wall and letting us, the audience, know that, in his eyes, Marble Hornets is the only series that genuinely worked and the only one he can be truly proud of. It&apos;s a bit heartbreaking if you think about it.

  With over an hour of runtime, Rosswood is THE Slender Man movie as far as I&apos;m concerned.

  I particularly love the drunken guys speech cause it seems like random yapping and then he talks about the tunnel and things click in your mind they turned what looks like a useless interview into something horrifying with implications and the fact afterwards you get another click that the guy was infected and the whole scene feels uncomfortable

  I personally think that The Operator is still the same as in the original... It&apos;s just that Tim never spread him anywhere... Because he burned with the hospital, leaving the entity stuck in the ruins. <br>What I also think is that it&apos;s THE ARK, at least in this universe. And that&apos;s why Operator is so much more animated – it&apos;s his home, he&apos;s the king here, all the power to torture and play with his food until they are no longer needed/he&apos;s satiated/can&apos;t get any more from them. <br>And since he&apos;s not spread out as much, he&apos;s hungrier than ever. <br>And yes, he absolutely left the camera for further spreading of at least the information about him. <br>The eldritchest of horrors.

  Another thing that&apos;s awesome about this series is it shows just how much the pair have improved in filmmaking. There are a lot of really iconic shots in Marble Hornets, but this miniseries is just PACKED full of them.<br><br>I&apos;ll admit I was slightly hoping you&apos;d zoom in on the historian&apos;s EXCELLENT facial expressions while she processed what Alex was saying when he proposed all 3 would be trespassing to spend the night in a condemned building.

  That bit with Alex venting broke my heart. No creative pursuit should be attached to a person&apos;s self-worth. We should have our lives figured out first, then do the art. Not the other way around. That way, we can do stuff with love and peace of mind.

  The interview guy is 100% this iteration&apos;s patient zero, in addition to the bit of distortion we see, Alex coughs once. This was the moment the Operator&apos;s influence began to spread.

  Honestly Alex&apos;s insistence on continuing the filming despite all the bad shit happening, and Jay really not wanting him to, really reminds me of what vinny does in everymanhybrid. <br>I think that&apos;s a nice parallel.

  The scene in Part 5 where we see Alex’s dead body is actually Bone Chilling. Its because its not over exaggerated or crazily graphic, hes bleeding from the head, and the operator is literally killing this mans mind before killing him for real.

  Good Ending: Alex was actually a security guard and the Operator gets prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
