His book Back Mechanic cured my back issues after years of other treatment failed, including surgery. I was almost about to get a spinal fusion and then I found this book.

I started experiencing flexion intolerant pain after a fall from a box whilst doing step up exercise. No fracture or problems from the direct trauma. I guess the pain comes from strain caused by reflexive contraction of the lumbar musculature. Would the treatment be different from the case described which is clearly not caused by a specific incident?

Ok, what about the 90% of population without any stand desks or even appropriate desk equipment. 😢 I’m not event talking about the possibilities to have several walks during a day, like walks to the toilet yes 😢

So I feel like this video is about me (30+ , working out a lot and lots of back pain when sitting). If I would go for an MRI with a doctor, would this show up or would it only show up when you slouch and then get the MRI? Would like to confirm this is what's going on.

Hi Greg, I am suffering from exactly what Dr. McGill described, but only at the end of the video did he mention proper conditioning exercises to fix this, but he never gave any examples. I am desperate to find out how to treat this and would like to know if there are some examples of how to address flexion intolerance exercises? Thanks
